Prefer fixed income, but would be willing to discuss equity. Mainly focus on corporate debt new issues or IPOs. Responsibilities include much work with Excel and PowerPoint processing and compiling data to be used in pitch books. Also responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations. Must be trustworthy, extremely detail oriented, organized and strong work ethic.
Required to pass or have related FINRA licenses for senior role.
Analyst Role (experience a plus but not required): Small boutique investment bank looking for junior level analyst able to work with Excel and PowerPoint to maintain Excel databases and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings with Fortune 100 corporate clients. Position will introduce candidate to the institutional Capital Markets and Investment Banking career focusing mostly on fixed income and corporate bonds. Must be resourceful and organized. Exceptional analytical skills required. Must be able to meticulously maintain, collate, sort, and update the raw data/information required for the presentations and client coverage. Must also be able to prepare updated/final presentations while working with graphs and charts in Excel/PowerPoint. Attention to precise detail and ability to work with numbers is a must!
