As a Greeter at Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our dealership. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive impression and setting the tone for their interactions with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member as needed. Provide information about our products and services, and answer inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Keep promotional materials and brochures well-stocked and organized.
• Assisting with Special Projects: Collaborate with other team members on special projects or events, providing support as needed to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual, strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
