Job Purpose
The Dealer Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Growth. As a rapidly growing entrepreneurial Access Control Manufacturer and Software Company, we are looking for an ambitious and self-directed individual with proven experience as a rapport building in Access Control or Video VMS vertical to join our team. As a Account Manager, you will work remotely but are responsible for growth of our dealer channel. You will be expected to come up with ideas on how to do this, communicate effectively and help with technical questions.
Responsibilities:
● Analyzing dealer revenue per month and developing strategies on how to increase
● Being the liaison between the dealer and our sales engineers
● Ensuring that all KPI’s are hit on a monthly and quarterly basis
● Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.
Required Skills and Experience:
● 3+ years experience in Access Control
● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the awareness to redirect as needed
● Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
● Ability to multitask
