East Penn is seeking a Distribution Center Plant Secretary who will maintain, enter, and generate various reports and graphs.

Responsibilities:

Enters and prepares maintenance work orders, time and attendance and personnel record keeping.
Answers multi-line telephone and transfers to proper destination or takes a message.
Maintains updates to QOS manuals, SPM, and EPM.
Maintains records of qualification through mainframe.
Verifies receipt on all project items.
Maintains MSDS files and does yearly generation of MSDS report.
Responsible for general clerical duties.
Responsible for quarterly and yearly inventory.
Prints various labels.
Provides back up for Billing Clerk.

Maintains regular attendance.
Ability to work mandatory over time.

Performs other duties as requested by Management.
Responsible for producing a high quality product.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.

These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED,READING REQUIREMENTS: Basic Reading,MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic Math (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying),COMPUTER SKILLS: Somax,COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic Computer Skills,COMPUTER SKILLS: Mainframe,COMPUTER SKILLS: E-mail E-Mail,COMPUTER SKILLS: Word,COMPUTER SKILLS: Excel,COMPUTER SKILLS: Personal Computer (PC),COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good Telephone Skills,COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
