The DC Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) This position requires a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. This position will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects, processes and operations. The position supports our hiring processes from sourcing through the hiring process. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. This includes entering, auditing and submitting payroll utilizing time clock and payroll processing systems. The position will also be responsible for utilizing attendance tracking systems as well as applicant tracking systems. The HRC will also facilitate daily HR functions such as maintaining of associate records and actin as the liaison between operations and HR to carry out initiatives and processes/procedures that have been implemented from home office. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self - directed while maintaining operational production standards.
