About the Position
The Digital Business Acceleration (DBA) Employee Experience Manager will create and drive a new, innovate approach to how we onboard, engage, and develop digital talent. This person will create and lead new programs to drive DBA’s talent strategy forward, incorporate new technology and ways of working, and stay ahead of the evolving needs of the DBA team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a builder, creator, and innovator to create, launch, and maintain innovative end-to-end experience solutions for highly competitive digital talent population.
- Play a key role in creating a compelling DBA story and Team Value Proposition, nuanced for digital talent in a highly competitive talent market
- Support key talent processes to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the overall Employee Experience
- Create and implement a digital-first onboarding approach and materials for all incoming DBA team members, inclusive of broader CBI onboarding, as well as DBA team-specific onboarding. The E2E experience should look digital, feel digital, and be digital – creating an environment that allows digital talent to work in digital ways.
- Lead DBA’s Listening Program to understand the needs, new ideas, and level of engagement of our digital talent, and create a two-way, action-oriented dialogue between DBA leadership and the broader DBA community.
- Lead our people-focused measurement approach to ensure we understand where our people stand throughout the full employee life cycle, and can gather actionable insights that will drive value for our people and our team.
- Partner with DBA Operations team to create and launch digital team collaboration and engagement tools and channels.
- Create reinforcement materials and programs to continue to drive excitement and engagement around our DBA story
- Tailor the onboarding approach for incoming teams to ensure their onboarding is highly relevant and customized to each team, and partner with CBI IDS, HRIS, and ECC teams to create a more effective, efficient onboarding process.
- Develop a strong understanding of DBA business priorities and position requirements. Create deep relationships, professional connections, and understanding of this unique talent pool in alignment with the DBA team value proposition.
- Play a key role in leveraging our skills platform to ensure we are understanding, attracting, and developing the right skills and capabilities to drive our business strategy forward.
- Be a change agent to support company mission, values, and initiatives. Communicate effectively, present information clearly, build trust, and demonstrate integrity as we work together to unlock demand, drive disruption, and deliver excellence.
- Partner with the DBA’s learning and development team to infuse learning and development into the DBA Employee Experience.
Requirements:
- Builder mindset, with proven history of strategizing and innovating for new solutions.
- 5-7 years of experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility and a proven track record in HR Generalist and/or onboarding/experience roles.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and/or with a team of remote coworkers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent employee relations, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, MS Office and HRIS software.
- Travel may be required at times.
- Agile and/or technical experience a plus. Training will be provided in bootcamp as well.
- BS/BA degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.

Human ResourcesThe salary range for this role is:
$90,100.00 - $163,400.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
