- An infectious passion for and knowledge of Italian and French cuisine and wine
- A strong, proven track record of developing leaders
- At least 3-5 years experience managing multi unit locations at an executive level with revenue of $30 million+
- Adept negotiation skills to manage and navigate difficult conversations with the owner, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively manage crisis situations, providing stability and reassurance to the team
- Strong decision-making skills to make tough choices when required and guide the organization through uncertainties
- Experience at an executive level with new restaurant opening responsibilities such as hiring and training employees and leadership, implementing new systems, policies and procedure
- Experience at an executive level with moving into new and evolving markets.
- An advanced understanding of restaurant financial models, budgeting, expense management and P&L analysis
- Empathy to understand the owner's perspective and challenges, while also considering the well-being and motivation of the rest of the team
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities and ensure that operational goals are met despite challenging circumstances
- Commitment to ethical business practices and integrity, even in challenging situations, to uphold the restaurant group's reputation
- Be able to work a varied schedule that may inclide nights, weekends, and holidays as business dictates and travel out of state freely for periods of time while new openings are in progress
