```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and monitor children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and basic hygiene routines
- Observe and document children's behavior and development
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum
```Qualifications:```
- Must have a Highschool diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Possess or obtain a valid CPR certification
-Willingness to contribute in annual online training
- Previous experience in childcare or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Understanding of childhood development milestones and age-appropriate activities
