Job Opening:Daycare School Cook/Bus Driver

- Pay: $16.00

- Status: Full Time, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- Location: 12402 Hwy 6, Fresno, Texas 77545

Responsibilities:

- Kitchen:

- Prepare and serve snacks and lunches on schedule.

- Facilitate family-style dining where applicable.

- Adhere to the menu with approved changes and Assist in menu planning, focusing on healthy options.

- Maintain food stock and organization with a first-in, first-out system.

- Operate the kitchen within budgetary guidelines.

- Follow the cleaning schedule for high sanitation standards.

- Manage children's allergies and prepare alternate meals.

- Act as a quality control point for food service aspects.

- Orient new staff to food service procedures.

- Contribute to food preparation for special events.

Work Ethic/Team Behaviors:

- Participate in special projects and public relations events.

- Display a positive, courteous, and mature attitude.

- Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.

- Support and adhere to all regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age.

- Demonstrate a love for children and the ability to relate well to them, their families, and teachers.

- Associate degree or higher in Nutrition, Food Service, or a related field preferred.

- Maintain safe food service certification.

- Minimum of two years of food service cooking experience.

- Be certified in CPR and First Aid or obtain certification within six months of employment.

Work Environment:

- Ability to perform physical tasks and interact positively with others.

- Exposure to various environmental conditions typical of a kitchen setting.

Daycare SchoolBus Driver Responsibilities:

- Safely transport children in a 15-passenger bus.

- Maintain a safe driving record and ensure vehicle functionality.

Daycare SchoolBus Driver Job Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Understanding of state and local regulations.

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.

- At least 21 years of age.

- Clean Driving Record Required.

- Experience driving a 15-passenger bus and transporting children.
