At H&M Wagner, we are looking for an energetic "Warehouse Receiver/Lift Operator" with High Integrity to ensure the accurate and timely receipt and put away of products. You will be accountable for operating warehouse equipment to receive, transfer, and hang appropriate pallets of product into overhead storage slots. It would be your responsibility to receive accurately, hang product, and fill pick slots. A Warehouse Receiver/Lift Operator must always be on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They are strong and deft with an ability to “pick up” on small details and be able to adapt to necessary changes. We expect you to be accountable when it comes to ensuring the quality of orders.

Summary:

Responsible for receiving and put away of products throughout the warehouse.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Receive freight and unload trucks.

Accurately record and inspect quality and quantity of products being received.

Accurately use a RF scanner to put away and slot product.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalency, with sufficient skills to read manuals and prepared reports.

Knowledge of OSHA and or state regulations for training and operation of equipment.

Adequate computer skills to prepare proper reports.

At least 2 years experience in warehouse operations with a minimum of 1 year as a receiver.

Must be familiar with a WMS Inventory system.

Education and experience:

High school diploma, 2 years experience. Must be certified on a stand up forklift or reachtruck.

Language skills:

Knowledge and structure of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Reasoning ability:

Ability to look at a situation and make good decisions based on pertinent facts.

Physical demands:

Employee is required to type on a computer along with other office functions. Employee must also be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. Maybe labor intensive at times.

Work environment:

Warehouse environment with some activity in Truck yard and along outside of building. May also be tasked to work in a freezer or refrigerator. Temperature could vary depending on outside temp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
