Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various topics related to warehouse operations and processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Assess training needs and create customized training plans based on individual or team requirements.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure understanding and skill development.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and order fulfillment.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of picking, packing, order fulfillment, and warehouse management processes.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Ability to safely load and unload materials using proper lifting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with trainees.
