T-Rex Solutions is seeking to hire a qualified Datalink Test Analyst to support our DISA JITC TEC II program at Fort Huachuca (work is hybrid on-site). This is a brand new effort to support DISA's mission to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.
The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) program is a new effort to provide technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced IT/National Security System capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are met. Documentation to support this effort includes requirements analysis plans and interoperability evaluation plans.
- Develop and maintain data collection and data management processes.
- Recommend adjustments to the T&E process or detailed procedures.
- Utilize manual data analysis methods and automated test tools to execute assessment of collected data.
- Inspect, test, and measure data that is produced or consumed. Document, notify, brief, and discuss results, to include operational impact of deficiencies.
- Record all initial findings and document final test results into applicable standards conformance assessment reports and joint interoperability certification memorandums.
- Account for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifying customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems.
- Attend various teleconferences, meetings and working groups.
- Provide updates to the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Information Support Plans (ISPs).
- Develop and update Critical Operational Issues (COIs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
- Ensure test requirements, test scenarios and test scripts adequately cover Key Performance Parameters (KPPs).
- Provide administrative task support such as Monthly and Weekly Status Reports, Trip Reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field with 6+ years of professional experience OR a Master’s degree in IT or a related field. One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master’s degree.
- Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization. Additional certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for experience but varies by certification.
- This position requires an active Secret security clearance on hire date with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Experience operating and testing tactical data links (TDL) within a multi-TDL network to include but not limited to Military Standards 6011, 6016, 6020, and 6040.
- Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write and present complex issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.
- Proficiency using MS Office 365 suite.
Desired Skills:
- Current TS Clearance is desired.
- Prior qualification as Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) is desired.
- Experience with DoD acquisition developmental/operational testing is desired.
