Local professional business seeking assistance with data entry and management of CRM. Also need for creating and perfecting professional PowerPoint slides and other documents.
Flexible hours / project work. Must be in Palm Beach area to collect work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ TASKS
- Responsible for maintaining regular data entry for business within designated period.
- Maintain accuracy of CRM - Zoho.
- Closed loop thinker with keen attention to detail.
- Create follow up steps and to do lists.
- Create and improve slides/ documents for more professional look.
- Must be fast and detailed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Experience in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
· Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
· CRM management - prior experience with data entry.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Professionalism
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
