Location: Bergen County, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Benefits
Benefit: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO

Database Administrator Description
Our client in the event and trade show industry is looking for a Database Administrator to join their team in Bergen County, NJ. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the client’s business systems. To be successful in this role, you must have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members across various departments. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage analysis tools (like Microsoft Excel) to perform data extractions and Create workflows to automate and optimize business processes. Database Administrator Responsibilities
• Fully understand the existing business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Develop new or amend existing reports, workflows, and dashboards
• Communicate project status and progress to team members and stakeholders
• Conduct individual, departmental, and company-wide trainings
• Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
Database Administrator Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience with CRM/ database management required
• Ability to generate reports, Create workflows, and Automate processes required
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) required
