Develop functional specifications and provide training/instruction for ERP System (Tyler MUNIS), modifications, new applications, and BOH practices. Test programming work that affects ERP processes. Provide focused training for users for all applications as needed. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Construct workflow, charts, and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. The ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. Provide support for Tyler MUNIS ERP System and other Business Applications or if not familiar, possess a willingness to learn Tyler MUNIS ERP System. After hours support will be required at times but not often. Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS reporting, SQL clustering with a combination of administration and development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience in support of an operating system, database management system or a related fieldOR
Two years of experience at the lower-level Database Administrator 1 (ITP030) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the minimum qualifications, preference will be given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience with Tyler MUNIS ERP System, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft SharePoint. Experience working on or leading large scale implementation initiatives, including data migration and integration. A minimum of 5 years administering a database, preferably in Microsoft Access, SQL , or equivalent with responsibility for data import and mapping, data cleanup, and data export.
