Location/Division Specific Information Clinical Sequencing Division Role based in Guilford, CT
How will you make an impact?
Come join a multidisciplinary team working at the interface of genetic sequencing and semiconductor sensor technology. We are looking for a strong python programmer who is comfortable interacting with databases and tackle complex data sets. Creativity with data visualizations and web development is a plus!
What will you do?
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new insights in our exciting technology • Leverage custom tools to perform analysis in Jupyter notebooks • Develop new data visualization methods with Python libraries (e.g. Matplotlib) • Implement data dashboard(s) support broader R&D
How will you get here?
Education • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in the engineering or science fields. Experience • Programming experience with Python and common libraries (e.g. numpy, matplotlib, etc.) • Experience working with large data sets Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Ability to explore and analyze data to make data-driven, statistically sound decisions • Proven communication skills • Self-starter mentality, able to work independently or with a team • Experience with Django or web development would be nice to have

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $14.75–$45.75.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
