What you’ll do
- Work closely with client managers and relevant stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis to our clients
- Ideate, define and present solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage the agile analytics process, including sprints, planning and unblocking issues
- Track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
- Problem-solve with product and client teams, advise on how to leverage Data Science across the company and for our clients
- Proactive in identifying Data Science approaches/projects that can answer business questions, issues or challenges
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of analytics deliverables
- Develop technical and commercial solutions, frameworks and methodologies to solve key business problems and challenges
- Produce client ready presentations both technical and nontechnical , guide the team create client ready presentations and identifying client recommendations
- Interpret marketing performance data and create actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve the development and deployment of analytics and machine learning models
- Aid in developing product solutions through ML models or algorithms and identify efficiencies in existing approaches where appropriate
- Advise on latest and best in class Data Science and analytics approaches
What you'll bring:
- Expert data mining and manipulation techniques on both unstructured and structured data sources
- Expert in multiple programming skills in languages like R, SQL, Python, Java, etc.
- Expert on several Analytical Technology platforms; including (but not limited to) R, Python, SQL, Scala, Java, Microsoft Azure/dataBricks, AWS, Github, Google Analytics Platform, databricks, h20.ai, datarobot
- Expert in using Github to maintain version control and collaboration
- Expert in lead managing the full machine learning lifecycle from model build, ultilising training pipeline, productionisation models and model deployment
- Thorough understanding and first hand experience of Data Science approaches and keeping up to date with new approaches
- Experience in working in agile software development lifecycle and CICD concepts. Manage the agile analytics process, including sprints, planning and unblocking issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex or highly technical issues in simple and easy-to-understand formats, for technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience managing analytical projects, from conception and ideation, through to delivery and presentation
- Experience in coaching, managing and mentoring data scientists and analysts
