Summary:

The Client is seeking a skilled Data Quality Analyst to join the Data, Analytics, and Product Development Team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in organizing, analyzing, and communicating data while building technology solutions. The primary objective is to support and enhance programmatic and operational efforts within the initiative.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Data Quality Unit Director within the Data, Analytics, and Product Development Team, the Data Quality Analyst will:

• Ensure standardized handling and representation of data, contributing to the development of processes and coding for classifying and standardizing data to enhance the effectiveness of Test and Trace Corps initiatives.
• Validate data for completeness and accuracy based on established guidelines by stakeholders or data management systems, collaborating with data providers to improve data management workflows.
• Collaborate with data personnel and cross-functional departments within the team to identify and mitigate potential data issues.
• Regulate and advise on protocols and processes to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of data produced by data managers, data scientists, and data analysts.
• Cleanse large datasets promptly and meticulously as required.
• Audit and report on quality control (QC) of data analyses and visualizations generated for Test and Trace Corps functions and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work independently, think analytically, and proactively address data issues before they escalate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of elucidating complex data systems to non-technical teams.
• Strong quality control capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience (2 years) in a similar role with a focus on Data Quality management and analysis.
• Proficiency in data cleaning techniques, data validation, and quality control procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of data management tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
