Data Processor

The Data Processoris responsible to compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors, and store completed documents in appropriate locations.

This is a modified position, funded through a grant and will be evaluated periodically for funding throughout the life of the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted.

Knowledge Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
• The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
