What you will do:

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist with expertise in data ownership, management, and modification to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the People Business Partners, Payroll, Business Leaders, and your team to facilitate data changes to support and bloom the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of these processes, securing accurate integrations to ancillary systems on receiving modified data, identifying and assisting in process improvement opportunities, and working with peers to mitigate aged data issues to support metrics, analytics, and data trending . The ideal candidate will possess a strong Data Management background, ADP Workforce Now experience, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

How you will make an impact:

  • Own and manage the non-pay related data change processes including but not limited to:
    • Monitoring change requests
    • Following up on data anomalies
    • Working with People Business Partners to resolve anomalies and issues 
    • Update the data within the system(s) of record
    • Audit data changes
  • Own and manage the pay related data change processes including but not limited to:
    • Monitoring change requests
    • Monitoring approval processing and working to re-route/refine/follow-up as necessary to hit target dates
    • Following up on data anomalies
    • Working with People Business Partners to resolve anomalies and issues 
    • Update the data within the system(s) of record
    • Audit data changes
  • Participate in projects focused on data analysis, data remediation, data resolution, analytics, and metrics planning
  • Support ADP validation table configuration focused on employee data supporting personal information, employment profiles, custom fields, policies, and more
  • Support the People Technology team by auditing data, identifying issues, working to mitigate the data issues, which can include but not be limited to working directly with staff members, People Business Partners, and business leaders where and as necessary
  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, work with vendors as necessary where system issues are discovered and remediation is required
  • Utilize HubSpot to track and manage work assignments from receipt through to completion 
  • Collaborate with vendors, external consultants, People Team members, and cross-functional business resources to complete daily tasks, generate and distribute reports, and fulfill business needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining HR workflows through system enhancements.
  • Build and manage reports where and as necessary across applications
  • Support onboarding and expansion of existing and new systems, processes, and data as required
  • Other duties as assigned

How you will grab our attention:

Education:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ experience in working in human resources within a medium to large employer
  • 3+ years experience in HRIS Data Management
  • 2+ years experience working within the ADP Workforce Now environment
  • 1+ years experience utilizing case/ticket management solutions
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data structures and contents in ADP Workforce Now
  • Solid understanding of HR Data Management principles, including data security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of report writing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service 
  • Ability to develop and execute projects and drive process improvement independently
