Data Input Specialist - Remote/Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Input Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data. This is a critical position that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into our database system with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of data entry by comparing it with source documents
• Identify and correct errors in data entry, such as incorrect numbers or formatting issues
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data being processed
• Create spreadsheets and reports to summarize data and highlight key information
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any data-related issues
• Maintain and update data documentation, including data dictionaries and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in data entry and data management software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
