The Data Governance Analyst will be responsible for delivering data products in and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shared service. This means you will play a key role in making our enterprise vision a reality; executing our data strategy, influencing internal partners, delivering critical documentation to support the data practice, and supporting data change management. This role requires someone that has demonstrated experience working in teams to deliver agile products and is able to communicate effectively to data engineers, business partners and leadership. You will also need to be comfortable and have experience working through ambiguity and executing work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the implementation of our Enterprise Data Platform governance program, build new data processes, and document the enterprise data policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
- Monitoring and resolving Data Governance-related issues.
- Develop and facilitate trainings and change management on Data Governance topics across the enterprise.
- Identify and implement efficiencies to simplify, streamline and transform Data Governance processes.
- Leverage problem solving and reasoning skills to make decisions; identify and formulate hypotheses (deductive) and monitor data and identify patterns and trends (inductive).
- Create metrics that measure value realization, cost benefit analysis, determine ROI to ensure products deliver the most value to the organization.
- Implement new technology to improve our product data quality
- Lead change management on Data Governance topics across the enterprise
- Resolve conflict and act as escalation contact for internal and external partners
- Work across geographies and cultures in an Agile team environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field and 2-4 years related business experience required
- Preferred experience working with internal Conagra data and projects
- Experience working with 3rd party service providers
- Experience in SQL and other data analysis tools
- Exposure to ERP applications, (SAP R3, BI and Business Objects) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized; detail oriented; ability to operate independently
- Demonstrated significant initiative and tenacity
- Drive change in an ambiguous, fun, fast paced and dynamic business environment
- Ability to travel 25%
