- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with order entry, including processing payments and updating customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and organizing documents
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and order entry
- Knowledge of pivot tables for data analysis is a plus
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, including managing paperwork and maintaining records
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
