- Enter data into computer system accurately and efficiently
- Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
-Must have experience is shipping (1 year)
-Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and databases
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables is a plus
This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site at our location.
