- This position will begin working in the Houston office 5 days per week. Once training is successfully completed (typically 60-90 days) a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the Houston office may be available. Work will be done during daytime hours, from 9:00am-6:00pm CST.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of Data Entry specialists, providing clear instructions, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Workload Management: Assign tasks to team members based on workload, complexity, and individual capabilities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of Data Entry projects.
- Quality Control: Monitor Data Entry activities, review work for accuracy and completeness, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Building & Development: Attract and select team members, conduct training sessions to onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance Data Entry skills and knowledge of insurance-related processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline Data Entry processes, implement efficiency-enhancing measures, and suggest system enhancements or automation tools.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain performance metrics, track team productivity, accuracy, and efficiency, and provide regular reports to management.
- Issue Resolution: Address team members' questions, concerns, and challenges related to Data Entry, providing guidance and solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as IT and Quality Assurance, to address system-related issues, coordinate Data Entry requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Security and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to data security protocols, oversee proper handling of sensitive information, and maintain data privacy standards.
- Documentation: Establish and maintain documentation standards, including procedures, guidelines, and templates for Data Entry tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year P&C Insurance knowledge or experience required
- Experience in Data Entry or highly administrative roles required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of P&C insurance terminology and processes is required.
- Excellent understanding of Data Entry processes, accuracy, and quality control measures.
- Proficient computer skills, including Data Entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, management, and stakeholders.
