Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize client data for tax preparation
- File tax returns accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate tax calculations
- Transcribe financial information from client documents
- Enter data into tax software or other systems
- Utilize Excel and pivot tables to analyze and manipulate data
- Provide general clerical and administrative support in an office setting
Skills:
- Proficient in data collection and organization

- Basic math skills for tax calculations
- Ability to transcribe financial information with precision
- Experience with order entry and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables

This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic math. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for collecting and organizing client data, filing tax returns, performing basic calculations, transcribing financial information, entering data into systems, and providing general clerical support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is essential for analyzing and manipulating data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent clerical and administrative abilities.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
