SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to support our Sheboygan office staff by entering assessment information into Market Drive Software. In addition, you will manage, organize and maintain assessment records as well as answer phones and assist customers via in person, by phone or by email.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Prepare, compile and sort documents for Data Entry
· Prepare and organize documents for Appraiser and Lead Assessor
· Transfer information from paper forms to computer files
· Sketch properties using Apex software
· Review data for errors, missing information and resolve any discrepancies
· Use of basic office equipment (copier, scanner, postage machine & calculator)
· Field inter office department questions
· Maintain filing system and protect confidential customer information
· Verify and validate sales
· Handle customer questions via in person, phone & email
· Support current Appraiser and Lead Assessor
· Set up schedules and make appointments
· Complete additional assigned tasks as required
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Word & Excel
· Basic Computer Experience
· Operate a multiline phone system
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to multitask effectively
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
