Description:
- This department is a part of the Purchasing team.
- This position will work 2nd shift - Monday thru Friday; 3pm-11:30pm; can start at 2pm if needed. No weekend work as well.
- Need a dependable person! This will be a Data Entry Support role to the inventory team - must have strong Data Entry skills and basic Excel experience.
Daily Duties:
- Complete Data Entry to track all outgoing and incoming inventory items. When a new shipment comes in they will track the orders and add inventory count to their system. Any time inventory is being delivered or sent out they will track that as well to keep accurate records of their stock.
- Will look up catalog or product numbers on the computer and assist with inventory of mail and products and order entry of new products. This team also assists with delivering these materials to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with going through supplies and matching catalog numbers with product to be placed on the correct shelf.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs on their own. They might occasionally help stock shelves with inventory items
