The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring the completeness of paper reports and resolving any incomplete or inaccurate data. The Data Entry Specialist will then sort and type the data from the paper formats into electronic databases and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is proficient at typing, computer savvy, and has a knack for detail.

The Data Entry Specialist will then sort and type the data from the paper formats into electronic databases and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is proficient at typing, computer savvy, and has a knack for detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows a workflow to ensure data is received and processed appropriately.
- Uses training received in house to troubleshoot and analyze data for quality and accuracy
- Resolves any missing or invalid information.
- Ability to utilize existing tools and databases to generate detailed reports with minimal issue.
- Organizes output and data files.
- Communicates well with team and customers regarding prioritization and completion of data processing.
- Review own work as well as that of others for quality of data.
- Proven experience in a Data Entry or related role.
- Familiarity with using web-based applications, computers and peripheral devices, Microsoft Excel, and Windows operating system computer files.
- Detail Oriented.
- Good command of English both reading and writing.
- Excellent keyboarding skills (speed and accuracy).
- Maintains organized records and job priorities.
- Experience with Google Earth is a plus.
