Data Entry Specialist

High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and three dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team at our BlueSky Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data related to our cannabis-infused product inventory, production processes, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Enter and maintain accurate data in our inventory management system and wholesale platform, including product descriptions, quantities, and locations.

· Update and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of production records and quality control documentation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate Data Entry and reporting.

· Perform regular audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies or errors in Data Entry.

· Support compliance efforts by ensuring all Data Entry processes adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.

· Accurately create production orders, track inventories, receive purchase orders, and fulfill sales orders in the enterprise resource planning system

· Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Data Entry or related field preferred.

· Proven experience in Data Entry or administrative roles, preferably in a regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food production.

· Proficiency in Data Entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., METRC) is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
