Data Entry Specialist

Darter Specialties, Inc. offers personalized web stores, custom-branded apparel, and promotional products through our franchisor, corporate, and school programs.

We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our fast-paced growing company in Cheshire, CT. This opportunity offers excellent benefits, and potential for growth!

Responsibilities:

• This position requires simultaneously handling multiple projects and prioritizing work requests both effectively and efficiently.
• Use your knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create and modify spreadsheets including the use of advanced formulas.
• Compile and verify accuracy of data for entry in to NetSuite.
• Enter data from spreadsheets in to NetSuite.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail (required)
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize work based on customer needs and strict deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas)
• Knowledge of NetSuite (preferred but not required)
• Data entry experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
