Data Entry Clerk Description
Our client is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to add to their team near Hartford, CT. Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for splitting all accounts payable Data Entry activities including preparation, review, and maintenance of data and invoices. The ideal candidate has some Accounts Payable experience, is comfortable processing large-volume transactions, and is extremely detail-oriented. Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities
• Maintain shared accounts payable files
• Enter customer data as received
• Follow up with customers if anything is missing
• Input invoices according to company procedures
• Ensure images are properly added to the proprietary system
• Review all reports and follow up with service providers
• Research and respond to customer inquiries
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications
• Data Entry experience required
• Microsoft Excel beginner experience required
