The Data Entry QA specialist manages and executes the quality review process for all customer-submitted purchase orders. This role involves coordinating with the Soho Studio customer service team, and the order processing supervisor.
Responsibilities
Order Verification
· Review customer purchase orders for conflicting information; size, description/sku, quantity, etc
· Compare customer purchase orders to data entered into the system
· Communicate errors/discrepancies via established workflows on a consistent basis
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in using order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to work collaboratively
