We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative.
As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our database while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Enter customer information accurately and efficiently into our database
- Handle high volume Data Entry requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflows
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry and Customer Service roles
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
