We are a family owned Electrical Contractor located in Boynton Beach. Looking for a detail-oriented office assistant to join our team! This is a perfect opportunity to work within a team environment where you will play a key role.
You must have strong interpersonal, organizational, computer and customer service skills, as well as be a fast learner and quick thinker.
Some job duties included but not limited to:
* Answers the telephone in a professional manner, determines the nature of the call, and directs caller to appropriate team member or department.
* Enter customers in new access database and construction software
* Make follow up phones calls / customer service
* Perform administrative duties such as saving and creating files in company share drive, distributing updates to customers, and scanning.
Qualifications:
* Available to work- Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm (flexible)
* Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Can multitask
* Proficient in Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe
* Comfortable on phones with customer
* Energetic, Friendly with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
