Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. Responsibilities:
- Transcribe, type, and enter data accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic mathematical calculations when necessary
- Retrieve and verify data from various sources
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other databases to input and manage data
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular quality checks
Experience:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related field preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for Data Entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other database software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
