Verification and Drug Testing Specialist
Job Description:
Data entry processing of Background Checks.
Typing and compiling criminal reports.
Conducting Employment and Education verification calls.
Cross training on multiple desks.
Collect, test and send Drug Testing specimens.
Interact with third parties in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
Record accurate information and detailed notes.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members.
Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening.
Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Positive Attitude.
Proficient in the use of computers.
Experience in Quick Books is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, as well working knowledge of Google Search engine.
Type a minimum of 45 wpm.
Attention to detail and follow up.
Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Team Player.
Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
Must be coach-able and take feedback well.
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and determined to succeed.
