We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you to have accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database. Candidate must be able to work during the holiday season.

JOB SUMMARY:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Keep information confidential.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills.
- Bilingual is a must.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Good organization skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned.
- Must be able to comply with all safety requirements.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
Receives supervision from the Project Manager. The position has formally assigned supervisory responsibility and authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor environment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing. DLP STAFFING has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a background check.
Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C.
