The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for keying important data into our different systems in order to efficiently process the received mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Aegis.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Key check information in to our database
- Update addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
- Flag documents that need to be removed or corrected
- Following batches as needed
- Maintain accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- GED, or Highschool diploma preferred
- 35+ WPM with great accuracy
- 10 Key experience - 20+ WPM
Physical Requirements:
- Time at a desk 90%, on their feet 10%, driving a vehicle 0%
- 10lbs lifting requirement
- No travel expectations
- This position is onsite and does not offer remote work
