Salary- High school or above degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting field
- Quick Books skills a must
- Strong understanding of accounting, entries and reporting a must
- Entering and maintaining daily transaction data, accounts payable, document bills and supporting documents
- Reconciling all sales with POS system
- Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates
- Matching and preparing invoices for check processing
- Organizing all accounting working papers and back-up
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Be disciplined, being punctual, being prepared for the following day
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
