Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Data Entry Clerkto collaborate across our information technology, finance, and marketing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity, completeness and quality of data within the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will also develop and implement standard procedures for capturing, cleaning, and updating information in the CRM, including tagging and updating contact and other information housed in the CRM. You will also have responsibility for measuring, analyzing, reporting on key marketing metrics, including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate together with collecting/analyzing web, social media, and event analytics to steer content marketing. You will help practice area and group leaders and individual attorneys to establish and maintain lists for targeted business development. A Bachelor's degree in management information systems, informatics or a closely related field, with three years’ hands-on experience in data quality management including at least one year with lead responsibility for CRM system.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Albany, Buffalo, Palm Beach, Rochester or Saratoga, is $45,727 to $58,500. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
