As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting and managing data in various systems. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely Data Entry tasks into designated databases or software.
- Manage and organize large sets of data to ensure accessibility and retrieval.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline Data Entry processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Respond promptly to data-related queries and resolve issues.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Data Entry or related fields are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
