Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team from a remote location. The Remote Virtual Assistant will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using online tools and software to facilitate remote collaboration and communication.


The Accounts Receivable/Cash Clerk will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members from a remote location.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and respond to inquiries or requests promptly.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with online research, Data Entry, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate and facilitate online meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Manage custom applications for development team.
  • Assist with creating employee development plans.
  • Manage the development for key system-wide customizations.
  • Captured and accounted for in the development process by integrating service desk function with the software development life-cycle.
  • Oversee the implementation of platform specific development guidelines.
  • Support the goals of organization.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools and software.
