Location: North Phoenix, AZ (Located at I-17 & Loop 303)- address is 5088 W Innovation Cir, Phoenix, AZ 85083. 100% ONSITE

Rates:  $24-$26.50/hr- must be open to entire range of shifts.

Shifts: 3 days on 4 days off - 4 days on 3 days off (6am-6pm or 6pm -6am) 

Requirements:

-Up to 10 years of professional experience

-High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s Degree

-Experience working in an analytical role, managing data

-Basic MS Excel skills, MS Outlook (email, calendar, navigation), MS PowerPoint (create and make presentations - to show data)

-Experience following company processes and procedures

-Flexible with either shifts

-NO candidates with Bachelor’s Degrees will be considered

Day-to-Day

TSMC, the largest semiconductor manufacturer in the world, is looking for a Process Analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for providing data analysis and process analysis of semiconductor wafer manufacturing operations to find ways to improve overall process, cost efficiency, decreasing defect, and increase production metrics. This will be in an office-based environment within the company headquarters, at the operations center. Training will be provided for the first 6-9 months in the form of OJT, SOP, Shadowing, Video training and Trainer led sessions. This candidate must be available to work compressed work shifts (12-hour shifts in a 3 or 4 day work week) as well as comfortable working either day or night shifts.

As a process analyst - you and a large team will be monitoring all the data coming from the automated manufacturing equipment in the FAB to help make process improvements to the manufacturing process and quality of production. Using your ability to analysis multiple data points (that you will be trained on to understand over the next 6-9 months) in Excel you will work with others to present and show data cases to Engineers for them to be able to work with the equipment side of the house on making changes to the automated tools to increase productive and quality of products.

Shift Work / Schedules:

• Nights or Days, must be open to both
• Preferred Shifts, ok to state, no guarantee to receive at hire
• Training schedule- Monday-Friday 9-6 PM (training is first 6-9 months) then will move into assigned schedule
• Assigned Work schedule, Compressed schedule once you’re done with training
  • 12-hour shifts, 6A – 6P, or 6P -6A- One week would be 3 days, next would be 4 days, and then it would rotate that way every other week (36 hours one week and 48 the next). Could be assigned days or nights, and would fall over one weekend day (front half of week or back half of week)
  • Night shift differential if you do work night shift (15% shift differential for night shift)

• Training Plan is 6 – 9 months
• Initial of 3-Months Training

  • OJT (on the job training)
  • Remote online to Taiwan Fab production
