Data Engineer
Job Description
What you'll do:
- Analysis, design, development, and delivery of data products, BI reporting, and data analytics for Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Service using Tableau, Informatica, SQL Server and other data tools and languages
- Dimensional modeling of operational data sets from multiple source enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM
- Hands-on SQL and ETL development, data wrangling, pipeline build, and UX design thinking
- Build, QA, and test interactive dashboards and data visualizations to promote ease of data consumption and empower faster decision making
- Work with end users and key stakeholders to identify data requirements, document reporting use cases, define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Administer Tableau Server environment including development and maintenance of technical documentation and administrative procedures for license management, SSO, Sites, data sources and data connections, create and manage groups, workbooks, and projects
This is a Hybrid position, based in our Chelmsford, MA location.

What you'll bring:
- BS in Computer Engineering or Information Systems, with 8-10 years experience
- 3 to 5 Years' experience as BI/Data Engineer
- 1-2 Years Tableau Administration experience
- Strong familiarity with ERP, CRM, SFDC and systems such as Oracle 11. or Oracle Fusion.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Information Systems
- Expert data prep and modeling skills using SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Python, Power shell scripting
- Strong familiarity with database concepts RDBMS technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle,
- Strong familiarity with AWS technologies such as Redshift, EC2, S3
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Proficient in prioritizing, multi-tasking and managing multiple projects using work management tools such as Jira, ITSM, Teams
- Proven independent worker with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, good data intuition, and a passion for data quality
