Description
Corteva Agriscience™ is seeking a Data Engineer to collaborate with analytics, data science, marketing, and sales teams within our North American Commercial Unit. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines and infrastructure that enable insightful data products, dashboards, and analysis, thereby driving business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage closely with various stakeholders to fully understand and meet their data needs, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and infrastructure
- Oversee the end-to-end data ingestion process, from data analysis to integration
- Automate the integration and validation of marketing segmentation lists to optimize marketing strategies
- Create and maintain data sets and provide custom reporting solutions, allowing end users to focus on analytics rather than data management

Qualifications
Education:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. M.S. preferred
What Skills You Need:
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, Pyspark, and Git
- Experience with cloud computing technologies (Azure preferred), including Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Experience in an Agile environment with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Skills That Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with Azure’s cloud architecture, services, and management tools
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices
- Skills in developing dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI or similar tools
- Understanding of data science concepts, such as machine learning and statistical analysis
