Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with BI Analyst to add, update, and define the backlog of requests that come from the business areas
- Provide estimates and timelines for completing the work on the backlog
- Manage tasks that outline the work that is required to complete the ask, so that everyone has a clear understanding of work in flight and work to be planned
- Design and develop data solutions that address the requirements of business stakeholders, outlined by the BI Analyst
- Prepare the data, integrate, transform and load the data using either a ETL/ELT pipeline, or similar data analytics tool suite
- Create and execute test plans to validate data movement.
- Monitor failures, research and develop bug fixes for jobs in our existing portfolio
- Ensure security and regulatory compliance of Data Engineered designs.
- Manage the security & administration of our data warehouse
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience and continued education
- ETL, ELT experience
- Advanced experience with Data Warehousing: SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, SAP or similar
- Data Manipulation & Analytics: Alteryx, KNIME, RapidMiner or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with Data Visualization & Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar
- Experience developing a technical program and executing effectively
