Data Development Specialist
Patterson Healing Collective is seeking a passionate and skilled Data Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Data Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting research, compiling data, creating narratives and newsletters, and disseminating information to the organization, community, and stakeholders. This pivotal role will contribute to providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of our programs, identifying obstacles, and strategizing for enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Research: Utilize advanced research methods to gather relevant data and insights that can inform program effectiveness, obstacles, and performance enhancement strategies.
- Compile Data: Aggregate and organize data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and narratives that highlight the impact of our initiatives.
- Develop Newsletters: Craft engaging and informative newsletters that effectively communicate the results of our programs and initiatives to our stakeholders and community partners.
- Disseminate Data: Effectively distribute data and insights to internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community through clear and impactful communication channels.
- Support Fundraising Efforts: Collaborate with the Executive Director to secure corporate sponsorships, philanthropic donations, and build the organizational capacity through the effective presentation of data and program effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Research Methods: Demonstrated expertise in advanced research methods and data analysis techniques.
- Statistical Proficiency: Strong statistical analysis skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Apricot Social Solutions: Experience in utilizing Apricot Social Solutions or similar data management platforms for effective data compilation and management.
- Case Management Software: Familiarity with case management software to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Experience
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in Data Development, research, and data dissemination.
