Job Description
The Data Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of support skills. Their role will primarily be inputting and organizing data. Must be able to work in Microsoft Office and Excel for extended periods of time organizing data. Must be willing to learn how to plan, schedule, coordinate, and analyze this data to support the sales team and management. Must be resourceful, an independent thinker, and self-sufficient as well as self-motivated.
Position Summary
- Type and enter data at proficient speed
- Assist with various data-related projects, including but not limited to: data clean-up, data entry, and research look-ups using a variety of applications.
- Sort through emails while updating the company’s CRM
- Provide quality service to internal clients
- Operate computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
- Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
- Must be willing to take on other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Experience with editing and formatting data in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with navigating in a CRM
- Strong computer skills; ability to type and transfer data
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Strong organization skills
- Enjoy being part of a fast-paced fun team who is looking to grow and expand
- A desire to grow as the company grows
