Data Control Coordinator I

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collects, reviews, and inputs data into the BMS.
• Audits and maintains output data.
• Identifies and resolves production related errors.
• Maintains and revises procedural lists and control records and coding schemes to process source data.
• Compose and distribute Hold and Release update notices.
• Maintain CAD database drawings (Document Control).
• Distribute engineering prints, specifications, etc. to authorized personnel only.
• Assist authorized personnel with the coordination of K&N product.
• Maintains several product document and image files utilizing Adobe Photoshop software.

Experience & Skills:

• The successful candidate will be able to handle several tasks at once and will be very detail oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows software is required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software is preferred.
• Organizational skills are required.
• Will work with Supervisor to plan and accomplish goals.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Additional Qualities Preferred:

• One-year experience in the automotive industry preferable.
• Previous data entry experience is a plus.
• Exposure to a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Some K&N product knowledge is preferred.
